LibertyMat™/EuroMat® Ground Protection Mat

LibertyMat™/EuroMat® is a market-leading medium-duty ground protection mat designed as an ideal manhandle-able solution in a wide range of applications including temporary roadways, work pads, depot storage areas, or as pedestrian access. Thanks to its flexible design, the mat is able to follow the contours of undulating or sloping ground conditions. LibertyMat™/EuroMat® is light in weight and at just 77 lbs (35 kg) it can easily be deployed by a two-person team, making LibertyMat™/EuroMat® fast and easy to install. LibertyMat™/EuroMat® also has strategically positioned hand holes for use ease of handling.

The mat features our unique Chevron Traction® surface design providing optimal grip and improved forward motion of vehicles. GeoGrid® Cellular Paving System

The GeoGrid® from Checkers™ is a cellular grid paving system which enables the fast and efficient implementation of permanent ground reinforcement and stabilization. The cellular design of the grids allows the dispersion of excess rain and flood water. It is ideal for integration into Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS) and in areas prone to flooding or with water dispersion problems. GeoGrid® is also ideal for use in car parks, access routes, gateway or entrance areas, equestrian areas, fire and emergency routes, private driveways or golf cart paths.

Manufactured from 100% recycled high-density polyethylene and features an effective and simple interlocking design for fast and efficient installation, the grids can be lifted directly from the pallet as pre-connected 1 m² sections. GeoGrid® Standard can support loads of up to 350 tons per m² and Premium up to 500 tons per m².

GeoGrid® can be filled in with aggregate or decorative stones to provide robust ground reinforcement in areas of high pedestrian or vehicle use and can also be seeded with grass to provide an environmentally friendly and aesthetic solution. There is also an option of white or hi-vis demarcation blocks ideal for use where there is a requirement for indicating specific zones such as in car parks, depot areas, disabled parking bays, and traffic flow directions.

TrakMat® Ground Protection Mat

TrakMat® has a load bearing capacity of up to 90 tons*. It is designed to allow large vehicles to easily traverse over grass, sidewalks, driveways and more without causing damage. TrakMat® prevents vehicles from getting stuck in muddy, wet, and unstable ground conditions and is ideal for use within construction, landscaping, utilities, events and leisure industries.

TrakMat® has a flexible construction allowing the mats to contour along undulating or sloping ground conditions, preventing rutting or damage to turf. TrakMat® features a unique power cylinder tread surface to improve grip and forward motion of vehicles, with connector points on each corner, we can provide two or four-way tough urethane connectors and stay-put u-stakes to prevent mats from moving creating a firm trackway or work pad.

The mat can easily be deployed by a two-person team due to its lightweight design weighing just 77 lbs (35 kg) at its maximum size and 19 lbs (8.6 kg) at its smallest. TrakMat® also features 2 hand holes along each long edge to ensure ease of handling.

VersaMAT® Ground Protection Mat

VersaMAT® was developed to be a more multi-functional ground protection mat for use where a user is looking for the additional benefit of a walking or standing/working surface with a heavy load capacity for construction equipment.

VersaMAT® features a low-profile slip-resistant traction surface making it ideal for pedestrian applications. The standard VersaMAT® has the aggressive AlturnaMAT® tread on one side but is also available with a smooth surface making it truly versatile. Featuring a high load-bearing capacity of 120 tons*, VersaMAT® can also be used as a vehicle track way, vehicle parking area, or staging area for supplies and equipment. Weighing just 86 lbs (39 kg) at its maximum size, VersaMAT® can be easily be deployed by hand.

VersaMAT® is manufactured from 100% recycled high-density polyethylene, making it durable and resistant to all weather conditions. VersaMAT® has a flexible construction meaning that the mat will follow the contours of the ground delivering a highly effective access solution on sloping or undulating ground conditions. VersaMAT® can be connected together using our flat Turn-A-Links or EZ Link connectors ensuring you have a firm and secure trackway.
